Our CBD E-liquid is made by extracting CBD from the cannabis plant then it is combined with a carrier liquid, such as propylene glycol (PG) or vegetable glycerine (VG) to create CBD e-liquid. Then, using your electronic cigarette or vape pen, this combination is heated and turned into vapour.
